How long does it take for TOC...

Hello Guys....

Do anybody knows how long does it takes for TOC my passport was lost by Royalmail....so submited for TOC and bio-matric is also been done bt since i havnt heard any news from them!!!!

can anybody can help me.....

if you book an appointment with peo they do it the same day . by post if can take anywhere between 1 month to 3 months
