Im currently a resident and working in London under tier 5 visa (dependent). this visa will experied at 11/2011
As I suppose to start my maternity leave at 9/2011 I was wonder will I be entitled to get the Statutory Maternity Pay or Maternity Allowance after my visa is expeiered and I leave UK.

If you do remain resident and employed in the UK, you are not subject to UK laws in the matter. Therefore, no.
