had two year visa but last year was curtial. pasport was visa but before expiring the visa date leave the country ,without informing any one beacuse visa had on passport,IMMIGRATION LAWYER wrote:A very general question.
"Specified time" could be 10 years, by the way.
It would be desirable to at least inform the UK BA/UK IS etc, who is dealing with your case, that the person is leaving, so their file could be updated.
Or you mean that you came in unstopped, never came into the light of the UK IS and just want to leave quietly ? You can still well be stopped, fingerprinted and still be issued with a Notice of Removal (IS151).
You certainly need a valid travel document to leave the UK.
