Finding a certified sponsor

Hello,

I planned to apply for UK medical schools, but I missed the deadline. I'll be applying for the September 2012 year, but that's a long time away. I hoping I can work in the United Kingdom, however, as I read, Bulgarian and Romanian citizens require certain Accession Worker Card. In order to get this card, you need to have an agreed job with a company that has a work permit. My current problem is, finding such a corporation (that has the ability to sponsor workers) that will endeavor to hire me.

What are your feelings on finding such companies? Agencies? If so, which ones?
