Post by JALALI » Sat Sep 02, 2006 8:15 pm

Hi Dear,
Basically i wanted to confirm one thing. i applied for the HSMP case n all da documents were proper i asked one of my friend he sent my all docs to the lawyer n he said it should be fine.
but wot happend when i applied for the case they considered my case as over 28 but i m under 28 n i provided all the evidences to them.
the got me refused coz criteria changes when age is change.
so i sent them back n explained that u processed my case under wrong criteria. n they are saying we gonna stick to our decision.
this is totally rediculas n recisam.
can anybody explain to me wot should i do to get my visa done

Lawyer can't be always right. What age proof did you provide?

I suggest you to request a review immediately. I got your case as well several months ago. However, I provided birth cirtificate only. Since I requested a review and state my case, then they considered me as under 28 criteria. Although they refused me finally, I think you'd better apply for a review as soon as possible. good luck.

Have you tried to call them up and speak? Have they given any reason to disregard your evidence for age? Does any other document that you submitted conflict with the age shown on your passport?

Is your age mentioned in the other documents you applied?
