Applying for Dependant visa extn. at home country?

Post by ilrtier1 » Tue Sep 13, 2011 9:13 am

Hi,

I would like to know, whether can my dependant apply for extension at home country?
If application is possible, does the dependant needs to apply before the current leave expires?
If the dependant by chance forced to apply(due to some travel problems) after the current leave expires, would this make any problem?
Does the main applicant needs to be there for the application?
I think if the dependant can apply then FLR(M) can be used.

Thanks

See Tier 1 dependent extension out of country.

FLR(M) is only for leave to remain application for spouse / partner of a settled person or a British citizen.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
