How long does it take to get docs back from HO?

Hello Friends,

I was wondering if anyone knows how long does it normally takes to get docs back from HO?

My friend spoke with HO on friday and they informed her that they've posted her docs back and gave her Royalmail tracking no., but everytime we put that ref no on RM tracking page, it just simply says... No info available for this tracking no. And info about recorded deliveries are only available once they have been delivered.

Even worse thing is she called again today and didn't mention anything about her conversation on friday to the person on phone and just asked for update..... And to her surprise customer service person told her that her application is still under process, no ides who to trust or not?!

Is it normal that RM website still doesn't give us any update?

Anyone else had the same experience?
