Post by tuliprose » Tue Aug 30, 2011 3:38 pm

Hello
I am planning to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa and need to complete the documentation process. In my case 3rd Party is funding for my visa and need a letter from them.

I'll be grateful if somebody can share the format for third party funding letter.

Looking forward to hear from you guys.

Many Thanks.

Thanks alot. I also managed to find the template from Guidance notes.

Just last query, can uncle or cousin or friend can be third party as well? or it has to be only husband, wife or partner?

Entrepreneur Visa

Post by Alfie » Wed Sep 14, 2011 5:07 pm

Hello,

I have a couple of questions to ask regarding the entrepreneur visa:

1. Please can all of the £200,000 funding requirement come from third parties?

2. Can the third party be a company?

3. What evidence(s) can be provided to prove funds availability or is a letter from the third party's bank sufficient? Do I need to provide the third party's bank statements?

4. In what currency must the funds be stated if the funds are not in the UK?

5. Finally, can someone advise on the most common mistakes to watch out for when making an application of this type?

Hi Lucapooka,

Please did you manage to find me an answer to the question on the possibility of ALL of the £200,000 investment coming from a third party or parties?

Thanks

third party letter

The format of the letter i used to get my tier 1 enterpreneur is the one given at the end of the form. My one was done in spanish and then approved by solicitor that it is original document then translated in to english and approved by solicitor that it is original translation letter. Approved by solicitor that it is same as original letter in spanish. Hard work but had to get it done both for 3rd party and for letter from bank.
