11 months previous earing get tier 1 extension?

Hi,

I got Tier 1 Visa 22 june 2009 to 22 june 2012 ...and start earning in 20 june 2011.
I got my salary slip of june 2011(10 days salary) in July 2011, it is not mention in the july 2011 salarayslip(mention Back pay amount). i am planning to apply for my extension in May 2012.

My Questions are

1) It is only 11 months from July 2011 to May 2012.
2) Adding in cover letter 10 days june 2011 sal is added in July 2011 pay slip will they aggree for 10 days as one month?

I got earning with in this 11 months salaries to achive my extension points.

Now let me know will they consider 11 months payslips ? or must show 12 months salary slips?

u need to get yr threshold in 12 consecutive months out of 15 immediate previous months

Further to Sushil-ACCA's post, see policy guidance extracts below:

83. An applicant does not have to be in
continuous or full-time employment during the
12 months being assessed.

84. An applicant may claim for a period of
earnings of less than 12 months if they have
earned suffi cient funds to claim the necessary
points.

My application of Tier 1 G was submitted on 13 July 2010. Got
Visa from 27 July 2010 till 26 July 2012.
entered in UK on 24 Oct.2010. could not find job, went back and continue job in UAE. again come back with family in June 2011. set- up a LLC company as Director, and started receiving my dividend in Sep 11.
Till Sep2011 I was also getting my overseas salary. Can I use my overseas salary for earning as follows (required to show 55K):
CAN I APPLY 2 MONTHS BEFORE THE EXPIRY TO USE MY UAE SALARY?
CAN USE THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OUT OF 15 MONTHS?
DO I NEED TO PAY ANY TAX ON MY DIVIDEND AS WELL (CO WILL NOT COMPLETE ONE YEAR TILL THE TIME OF EXTENSION?
