I've got all the paperwork ready to send over to Pakistan so my wife can submit the application as soon as she receives her English test certificate.

I've just finished my job, of where I was for 7 months and have 7 months wage slips. I am about to start a new job within the next week or so, I was wondering will I have to wait a month for my first wage slip from my new employment or can I apply without the wage slip and just a letter from the employer stating that I work there etc?

By the way are applicants still expected to hand in one set of photocopies of all original documents submitted?

And does anyone have the link to the document checklist from the UKBA website I can't find it anywhere.

Salaam to all i just got a letter stating notice of withdrawal. It also says the repondents withdraws their original decision.wat does this mean pls sum one help me what does this mean reply asap pls

Lol I wish I had this good news aswel! It means they have decided to withdraw the refusal and will be asking you to submit ur passport soon so they can issue the visa. Congratulations

When did you appeal?

@Kmamood: i told you 3 days ago that get ready for good news in 2 days if u remember my words So here it is. Congratulation. it means they want ur hubby to resubmit his passport to embassy for Visa as refusal has overturned and they are willing him to grant visa.

@ Exquisits33: My refusal reason was Nikahanam was not registered with union council. they implement this rule of getting nikahname stamped from union council form 24th octber just 4 days ago. but i applied back in April this year and it was not a requirment at that time of getting it stamped form union council. its realy unfair. however, by grace of allah i made appeal and they withdraw their decision in 2 months. so i re- submit my passport yesterday 27th octber for getting visa stamp on it. another waiting game starts now. lets see how long they take now.

@ Nevermind the main thing is that they have decided to over-turn decision and withdraw it! You have that peace of mind. Inshallah the visa stamping process will be quick for you. Good Luck!!!!

Don't worry hun, it's a test and we have to be patient. I know it is extremely hard but Allah swt knows when the time is right for us.. hopefully it will be granted on review. xx

I'm really sorry to hear about your decision. I can imagine how you feel, It is just totally heart breaking. But sis keep strong and aim your energy at putting the appeal together. Inshallah everything will work out. Life is a test we just have to look at getting through the hurdles that are given to us.

Inshallah the decision will be overturnt. please let us know what the reasons for refusal were so someone can advise you.
