Children ILR?/

I am applying ILR on 5th december and including wife and 6 month old kid. My query is.. does my kids passport need a visa? I am on tier 2 visa and my wife is on tier 2 dependent visa. My daughter born in june 2011. we got her indian passport but did not apply for her visa. so passport is blank. Now as i am applying for ILR, can i include my daughter as a dependent although she has not any visa stamp in her passport?
