Hi everybody,

I'm under tier 4 visa, which is valid untill 9th Jan,2012. I am in a process of finalising Uni/College for MBA.

I Just need your help on the following:

1.Is Glyndwr University an HEI?

2.If the university offers this course in London school of management, which is an A rated sponsor, Will I be allowed to work.


I contacted both the Uni as well as college & they are saying that the CAS will be in the name of Glyndwr university. The application form has both Uni name as well as college name printed on top. Do u think Home office will consider it as university CAS or a private college CAS.
