Gas Bills and Overdraft..will it be problem for Tier 1 exten

Greetings,

I am going for Tier 1 Extension in January 2012...I have some doubts

1) i have pending gas bills which need to pay for british gas..froma year
2) i have taken an overdraft of 1000 pounds year back and not yet paid back...

Will that be a problem for my Tier 1 extension...please can any one clarify my doubt please......i am a bit tensed i could not even sleep heard from some one that this effects...

The only issue I can see is with regard to maintenance. How can you show 800 held for 90 days if you bank account in in overdraft?

I have 3 bank accounts..and the oone which i said overdraft is closed....

i am maintaining the funds in another account.....

people are saying that they have some checks....will that be a problem..

What people and what checks? Have you actually read the requirements for this application?

check court orders in this matters if any criminal procceding are on and u r unaware

Without my acknowledging that such checks are indeed made in these circumstances, how would any such court proceedings be relevant to a PBS extension?
