Japanese moving small business from Germany to Spain

Hi there,

My girlfriend and me started an Internet business in Germany in May 2003 which is going quite well. Since we only work over the Internet, the location of our office doesn't really matter and we are planning to move the whole business to Barcelona. Fortunately I'm German myself so I don't need a residence permit, but my girlfriend is from Japan. She currently has a residence visa in Germany valid until March 2006 that allows her to do whatever business in Germany.

We talked to the Spanish Embassy in Berlin, but they couldn't help much and referred us to the "Delegacion del Gobierno" in Barcelona. We sent a letter to them (in Spanish) more than one month ago to request more information but so far we didn't get any reply.

Marriage is not really an option. Does anybody have any advise what we can do?
