Moving Mid-application?

Post by tronix » Wed Dec 21, 2011 7:34 am

Anyone out there know what to do when you are moving house between application and receiving your passport back? (SetM-ILR)? Or better yet, have first hand experience?

I'm currently at 10 weeks waiting but move in 2 weeks!

Thanks in advance?

You can always move the house and just send Change of Circumstance Form to UKBA, advsing your new address.
The question is... to be or not to be....

The "migrant change of circumstances" form is only meant for PBS migrants.

Write a letter informing UKBA of the change in address so that your documents are returned at the new address. Make sure you include necessary details in your letter to ensure that the letter gets tagged to your application / file (e.g. - name, date of birth, passport number, nationality, settlement application reference number, etc.).
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
