Do we have to certify all the passpost copy pages?

Hi,
For passport certification, do we have to certify all the pages? or is it enough to certify the identity pages, work permit and visa pages?
I am applying for a spouse visa for myself as my wife is workin in UK.
Any help would be appreciated

Certify:

1. bio data page.

2. UK visa/ residence permit page.

3. Any extension of validity dates if such is not on the bio data page.

4. Any visa, entry and or exit stamps to your home country or country where you have met your wife as this is useful to show your relationship is subsisting.
