Post by iurm28 » Sat Nov 12, 2011 2:23 am

Hi I will appreciate if some one can help me
Case is
My friend is working in a company and his employer is willing to offer him work permit.
Question
1-how can employer apply for work permit for him.
2-Can his employer apply for more than one work permit at one time i.e 3 or
4 work permits even tough he has to employ just one person right now.
3. What will be the procedure / process of filing application for sponsor.
4. what documents will be required ?

Please reply with any additional information.

Hi

The fact that his company only employs one person at the moment does not make it impossible, but it will not be easy.

The employer will need to become a licensed sponsor. Very few one person companies meet the requirements, but a well capitalized company with good offices, processes, and great plans, could succeed.

workpermit.com can advise companies on applying for a license

I hope this helps

Kind regards

James
