EEAwaiting wrote:Hi, my husband from A8 country, our baby will born on sep 2012. He would like to apply for PR before baby born. Now he is part time student, only left 1 course to finish. He also has his own limited company, but company did not register for PAYE, because everyone's salary is less than the tax allowance. He did not register for self employment as well, because it is registed as Ltd company. The company bank account just every month transfer him some small amount money. He did not have any private insurance. My question is how shall we approve he is exercising treaty rights? Thanks.
ps; I(his wife) am working full-time.
