Hello everyone again ,

i tried to call the H.O this morning and it was the joke of the day , they said to me i have to wait two more days to get anything and also i need reference number for my case which i dont have at all . you see im really start to lose my temper .

Hi,

Did you receive an acknowledgement letter once they had taken payment for your application.

From what i can remember the reference no. should be on there.
Surprising that a Set M application is taking this long.

i lost the letter so i have nothing at the moment , even the solicitor doesnt have it , i dont know why he call himself a solicitor he should be the one to have everything and call the H.O not me as i paid to do his job until i get my stuff back from him . but its gonna be the last time when im gonna use a solicitor such waste of time and money

Little update from my side,
After my MP contact with home office I received a interview letter me and my wife which held in Liverpool HO in march.at late I hear some thing.Here I need your help guys if some 1 have a same experience please let me know much appreciated.

My wife taking HB and CT benefit but they reduced when I got married and moved with her she is not claiming any thing extra because of me

I think all they want to prove is the relationship is genuine, I don't think there is a problem with the benefits, good luck, I pray you get your ILR soon. All the best.

Hi all,

I submitted my wifes visa on 13th December 2011
Acknowledgement letter received on 15th December 2011
Fee deducted on 18th December (cheque cleared)

Its now 8 weeks and still awaiting..

Rung them few times but they were very rude! (If only they were in front of me i would give em a right hander! lolol)

Only thing that worries us is my brothers wedding held abroad in March all my family have booked there tickets. We done almost all shopping and now we are very worried. We don't want to miss this wedding and my wife really wants to meet her parents.

We Should have have used premium service but then again i heard they take about 6-8weeks.

Really hate playing the waiting game.

Hopefully it shud come sometime soon Inshallah
