english test

Hi guys,
Can someone plzz clarify whether applicants who have already submitted their english language proof like degree taught in english to the ukba,are they still suppose to take the new english test for extension ????
I have extension in oct2012,and i m really tensed!!!!

visa issue after 06 april 2011.or on the date. then you have to show the English test otherwise all fine.

check guidance note paragraph 130 to 140
