HSMP JR or HSMP JR ILR refusal

Hi All,

Just got a simple question to find the risk. (Appologies if someone finds it annoying)

What is the probability of refusal for a ILR application covered under JR? is there any one uptil yet?

Definitly I am referring to a straight forward case i.e. in emplyoment, with all standard documents i.e. payslips/bankstatements etc, without any convitions etc
