non uk past asylum case

Post by clm » Mon Oct 30, 2006 1:18 pm

Hi There,

Another question for you,

My husband applied for asylum in Ireland three years ago, he left before the case was decided as he knew it would not be granted because he had a stable life in Moldova.

I am at the moment preparing his spouse visa for the uk, I dont think we need to mention his asylum case as it is not a question on the application form. Am I right in thinking this?

Thank you in advance.
