ILR Timelines - Delayed same day(premium) Set O applications

Post by generic123 » Wed Feb 22, 2012 11:59 pm

Hi All

Thought would be helpful to have a topic to track the timelines of ILR Applications applied through same day ( premium) service which got delayed due to the reason they require additional documents to decide the application. Can I request everyone to use this topic just to track the timelines please

Sharing my timelines

Applied at Croydon Peo - 17th Jan
Sent First set of additional docs - 24th Jan
Requested Second set of docs - 28th Jan
Sent Second set of docs - 11th Feb
Still waiting for the decision

Hello dear brothers in similar situation!

Hope you are all well.

I too made an in person application on 3rd February. I was told my case is valid but they require additional document ( i.e an updated employment letter)

So I posted this to them on 6th Feb. Called the UKBA, connected to their internal post department who confirmed after taking my tracking reference number that they received my document on 8th Feb.

I am still waiting for my passports,

Sleepless days and nights.

The last post says they usually wait till 14 days (working days I assume) before they process the application, hoping this is the case......

Regards

Need your help. May I know to which address did you send your additional documents?
I have applied for ILR in croydon PEO, when I checked with home office they said my visa is in process at sheffield and they have sent a letter to me 10 days back requesting for additional doc. I have not received any letter from them till now, And I am not sure where to send the additional docs. Could you please tell me to which address did you send your documents?

My timelines

Applied @ Croydon PEO: 12th Jan 2012
Was told to submit proof of "Technical Change"
Documents submitted through a company provided solicitor: 25th Jan 2012
E-mailed UKBA about the progress: No luck
Consulted my local MP: Replied but still no luck
Numerous phone enquiries: No luck

Still painfully waiting....
