LIUK Test Passed In 2007, will it be still valid in 2013?

Post by sayam04 » Tue Feb 28, 2012 4:17 pm

Hello every one,

Me and my wife passed LIUK test in 2007, but it wasn't asked during our ILR application was granted in Feb 2012 due to HSMP-JR case.

Will LIUK test be still valid in 2013 when we will apply for naturalization :?:

Is there any web site where we can find the test center as whether is it still providing services or not :?:

I will be very thankful of any answers.

Kind regards

LIUK test is valid for 2 years. Call UK BA helpline and clarify from them I doubt if it will be valid.

Wrong info. There is nothing in the website about validity. So we have to assume it is indefinite

The link smallfamily sent clearly says that LIUK test is valid indefinately.

20. If I pass the ESOL course/test will there be a time limit or will the
pass stand indefinitely?
A pass in either the knowledge of life test or an ESOL with citizenship course is not time-limited, they will remain valid indefinitely. You can also use the result to help you meet the requirements for citizenship if you wish to take this further step in the journey.

Thank you all in reply to my post, it definetly does't say that it's only valid for 2 years.

A_Thinker, how you gathered this information or where did you find this information :?: Please calrify if you have any further information on it.

I am very much sure that it's valid for life but there is no harm in calling UKBA for the status of the test.

Nonsense. Assuming you are contributing to this forum to be helpful to others, please don't post information in situations where you are guessing rather know to be certain (unless you qualify your statement by saying it's a wild guess). It's counterproductive to your motives.

very odd you post this as you have posted elsewhere on the site an email from UKBA some moths ago saying it was valid indefinitely

Apologies all for the incorrect information. I've cross checked "Life in the UK Test" valid indefinitely.
