If Bank account not maintained for 3 months???

Hi! I arranged funds to maintain my bank account from 18 January and hasn't got any other a/c or joint a/c with sufficient funds, want to apply PSW, is there any possibility to get accepted my aplication by home office incase i supply my updated bank statement after 18th april???
Although, I've student visa until November, this year, or can i fall in category Tier 1?
You ppl advice and suggestions would be highly apreciated. Thanks

Don't even think of applying! Your fault : PSW closure has been announced nearly a year ago now, you should have started maintaining funds a lot earlier. Have you got a different bank a/c either in uk or abroad with relevant funds?
