Applied 4th December 2011
Account debited 6th December 2011
Letter confirming application recieved 7th December 2011.
Still waiting and very frustrated.

We feel trapped as we can't make plans to travel and we are worried about complaining. I can not believe that it has taken so long to process our application.

I have drafted a email to the UKBA CEO and Theresa May and will email both if we have not heard by the end of this month.

Has anyone applied around this time and had their passports back?
