Which Visa Category for Non-EEA Dependent Parent?

Just a quick question, which category of visa application should be chosen for Non-EEA dependent parents travelling together with EEA national into Ireland? On the website, there seems to be

* Join Parent (EEA National)
* Join Partner (EEA National)
* Join Spouse (EEA National)

But which category does all dependent parents and other family members fall in?

Please let me know if anyone has experience applying this from outside Ireland.

As per the inis website, I couldn't see a visa category in Ireland for "Dependent parent". But I am not sure.

Does anyone know? There has to be an category for non-eu parents or other family members I think?

There is none specifically for non-eu parents. They will have to apply as visitors. Your invite/ reference letter will state that they are EU family members but that also raises another questions "Are they dependant on the EU citizen?"
