Spouse Visa Help

Hi

I am ILR Visa Holder and i recently got married in february.
I want my wife to join me in UK.
I will be applying for her visa in India, Chennai!!

So please advise what i need to do?

1.The application is it called Spouse visa?
2.how many months previous banks statements do i need to show.
3.I was employed till January and now i am self employed, pls advise what documents do i need to show.
4.From India what documents do i need.
5.How much money should i have in Indian Bank account and UK bank account?
6.When my wife submits her application, does she need to submit the passport as well, or she submits the passport when the decision is made?
7.Can she applies for a Visit visa mean while?
8.Can i rent a house just before she applies for the visa , as i am currently on visit visa.
9.What is the current visa fee?
