Applying soon for UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa

Hi,

I got confused as I am applying for UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa from Tier 1 PSW visa.

I'll have 50k available in my account when applying.
My business plan : I will be doing an IT services as self employed.
so My question here is that :
Will I have to show them where I am going to invest money.
Will they check every year my bank account how much have been invested in business.
If Money has taken out within 3 months. will it be ok ?

and [b]The money is held in one or more regulated financial institutions[/b] - is that means bank like Barclays, HSBC, Santander etc...
