Post by varna1983 » Mon Mar 05, 2012 8:49 pm

Hey guys,
I have applied for my PR (EEA3) on the 7th of Feb 2012 and still waiting.
Can anyone share your recent experience on how much you have waited for your PR to arrive...? :)

If you ask me, I will suggest you call HO to know what is going on, it seems those that had this delay and have call them had positive result.

The best time to get through to them is in the morning. And you still have to wait in the queue for about 15 minutes.

Congratulations!

All P60s, tenancy agreements, work payslips, letter from my job ( which they kept), my bachelors degree , and confirmation from my University now ( they also kept), my blue card of no restrictions they returned it to me (i thought they wouldnt) and basically thats it

Good luck, im sure you should receive it shortly. I had packed them chronologically and had put a cover letter as well making it simple to them

that was exactly what I did in my application too, I arranged every docs accordingly and put them in different files, explaining what each document is for.

Well thats what i did as well, bearing in mind that i am lawyer by education...but...i guess in my cover letter I wrote them to bear in mind Art 18 about the fact that they need to issue it as soon as possible which might have annoyed them...
