Hi All Moderator/ seniors,

Can someone plz calirify this

Our case falls under HSMP JR ( 1 main applicant + 3 dependants)

If one is getting a Gross salry of £1,100, will HO will consider him as economically active.

Yes, of course, and thank you for hi-lighting why this immigration category was closed due to it being an abject failure of its intended purpose.

Also main applicant with three dependants with this much salary will be fine for FLR.

You are economically active if you are a responsible adult, not on any benefit or with any disability that prevents you from working, you have integrity and dignity in working, if you are a father, mom or a guardian; someone who ultimately decides to take a step of faith to live abroad regardless of how much you earn to make all these sacrifices....lol you could also be a higher threshold tax payer

Only UKBA, Only UKBA knows why they closed the route and other routes that were closed...
