proof of adress for set(m)

hi,i got my ILR on oct 11 and my wife got the the dependent visa on dec.i am going to apply for my wife's settelment on dec 2013.to aply for that i need proof of adress for whole two years but i throw away all her and mine bank statement and other papers of last four months by mistake.now i have got her pay slip with adress and one credit card statement.is pay slip or credit card statement or the letter sent by home office when she got the visa can be used as proof of adress

credit card statements and pay slips should be ample valid proof of addresses.

But I have got nothing for myself for that period.any letter sent before December will be valid or not ?

If that's all you have and nothing in your name, that's not enough evidence. Your application may not succeed in which case she'd have to apply for flr(m) and then apply for ILR when 2years worth of evidence is gathered.

Make sure you save bills and correspondence up to December 2013 when you intend to apply. Do you have anything at all in your name showing joint address for the missing 4 months? Even junk mail would be acceptable as long as it shows your name and post code.
Your bank should be able to issue duplicate bank statements.
Bear in mind that regulations may well change before your wife qualifies for ILR....you've 20 months to go still.

Bank and building society letters can be used as proof of address, cant you ask them to give you a letter stating that you reside at xxxx and have held anaccount with them since xxx and the a/c is maintained well (they generally right this to grant the letter)

Documents prior to the 2 year period won't be considered relevant.
