ILR Processing time, waiting to get ILR for than six months

Post by mdkalam » Mon Apr 16, 2012 3:09 pm

Hi,

I have applied for ILR on 15th October 2011, still waiting to get the decision. I have called UKBA this morning and lady on the phone said it is still showing not processed and she could not give any further information. I applied under HSMP judicial review.

I dont understand why it would have to take that long for home office to process this.

Has anyone else experience this much delay?

Kalam

I feel sorry for all those whose applications are under process for long times. In one of my post I did suggest that for straight forward cases members should go for PEO. Yes it is LITTLE more expensive but the torture for months is not there. Please try to save some extra bucks to apply through PEO and eliminate your stress of waiting and uncertainty.
