PEO croydon 17th May tier 1 ext approved, emp + self emp

Hi all of you,

I had a PEO appointment today in croydon and got my tier 1 visa extended.
Thanks a lot to all the members of this forum, you were all a great help.

I am employed as well as self employed.

The documents I showed were:
Payslips, employers letters and bank statements
Accountant statement, invoice and salary summary, invoices, HMRC welcome letter, accounts and tax returns filed but not paid,
maintainence fund
marriage certificate

Please feel free to ask if anybody needs any further clarifications

I have a doubt regarding my self emp.i m the director
Of my company.since I will be showing accounts,invoices,Hmrc pack,
Bank STM,accountant letter .i will submitting my permanent job tax returns.my extension in aug2012.i have started
My company on nov 2011,but my business started only in
February 2012,but I will be nt accounted for tax till nov 2012.my accountant says I won't Require to pay class 2 NI.so apart from this
Any other authentication I need to show to the Ukba about my business.
Do I need to insure my company?
Please advice.

Sorry for the late reply,

also I am sorry I dont think i can help you in the case of company.
I am self employed but as sole trader, so I am not aware of insurance or dividend. I hope some senior member would be able to advice you on it.
