10 years long residence applications

Hi Every One,I Know its sound stupid but its temtating me to believe that who apply through Solicitor get reply earlier than who apply themself.Solicitor does not add any value but may be HO Sort application different way.I might be wrong.But example shows that.By the I got my Ack 4m Croydon,what about You?One My Statement Showing 'HOME OFFICE UK' And yours.Please Do Share.TC.MRKI

Hi guys,
I've been rediang this forum for a couple of weeks now and decided to join in I made my ILR 10yo long residency application last Friday and still waiting for an acknowledgement letter. I will keep you updated with any news.
With regards to the recent quietness I think the bank holidays are to blame because many people co-joined them with extra holidays, so we should hear more good news next week, I hope!

I've got some positive news - I've just received my biometrics request letter. My timeline now looks as follows:

Application date: 23 Apr 12
Ack date: 30 April 12
BRP letter date: 9 June 12

So it took 6 weeks from ack letter date to get this far. Curiously, please note that 9 June 2012 is a Saturday so perhaps HO are currently working overtime?

i had a driving conviction through court for tyres under limit in dec 2011. 3points and 155 pounds fine

Must be a slight relief. Where is your application being handled i.e. Croydon, Sheffield, Liverpool?

Today has been a pretty good day considering the past few weeks - let's keep it up and hope for a good couple of weeks to come.

The average time has reached 15.3 weeks - however I do believe this is much lower than the actual time it has taken as the spread sheet does not select the 'latest applications' by date of receiving pp back but rather the initial application date. From a rough guess, I would say that it has reached to about 16-17 range.

Never mind, let's keep at it and hope for the best. You never know, some of the guys on the spreadsheet may have already had theirs back but didn't get back to us.

Hi everyone,
I got my ILR today. My lawyer called me just now to tell this good news. I haven't seen theppassports yet. I thought I will update you guys first..

Applied set o on 15th Feb back on 21st. ack letter from sheffield off. And got my passport today.

Thank you every one. This forum has been really useful and supportive
