Booked appointment on 17th July 2012.
Biometrics done but Unable to process the application because of IT issue. Staff collected all the documents and told us to wait for2-3 days and you will get a response

1. Current vignette: Tier 1 (General)
2. Date of expiry of current leave (visa) : 21/8/2012
3. Number of applicants: 2
4. Home Office Location: Croydon
5. Time of appointment: 09.20 am
6. Date of Appointment attended: 17 July 2012
7. Reason given by case worker: IT issue.
8. If call received, date of call received:<awaiting>
9. Date Passport, Documents and letter of approval received: <awaiting>
10. Date (new) leave to remain valid from: <awaiting>

O man.hope u get good response soon.
But when will the IT issue get solved?anybody got processed application

Hi, I had gone for my extension on 2nd July and the same thing happened. I am still waiting to hear back from UKBA.

So what happens in such cases ?

Do they take all your documents, forms etc & says we will get back to you ?
