EEA2 4 month on and no reply!

Hello Guys!

We have made an application for my husband in March, but the application was sent back due to not enough evidence. We have returned the application with the required documents, however have not received a reply ever since. The second attempt of application was 3 month ago. We try to connect the HO, but we just can not find any connection to them. Phone is not replied, and email is not answered.

Could you please tell us if there is anything we can do? Or is it normal to take long like this as we have not received C.O.A. yet?

Home Office is truly disappointing.

what do u mean by phone is "not replied"?

if you wait long enough (yes, it can be ridiculously long) they will talk to you (allthough the chance is high you get a total moron on the phone who doesn't know anything or gives you the wrong advice, which happned to me after waiting for 45 minutes)

Call 0151 672 5626 ( Opt 1, then 2), now wait till they answer you, don't disconnect your call even if it's silent(usually it's classical music during the wait), normally they answer within 20mins.
I call them once a week and always get through. Let us know how it goes.

finally reached them on the phone, however the guy was not very helpful and he said there is nothing he can share with us, we just have to wait. It has been 3 month, and we have not received even COA. How is that even possible?

How long more it can take to get at least a COA? We don`t mind the waiting for the Residence Card.

My husband cannot work now, so it is causing us a big financial loss. We are so depressed!

my condation same like you . i send my eea1 & eea2 in march and thay send me back after 1 month . becoz thay need more avdance
then i send them again on 18 april 2012 and am in waiting like you same
and i also not get any COA .
becoz when thay return our all papers with 1 letter so there is our case ID
that is our case ID .
so let see when thay replay if i got any replay i will tell you ok
my marrige 3 years old . and me and my wife come from Netherlands
but i call then after every 10 days .
if i get any replay or news i will must tell you becoz our case 100% same

finally today, we have received a Certificate of Application!

Now waiting for the Residence Card!

2nd of august i get back all documents back with refusal letter
and thay not send my passport back even but other all documents i got back
yeasterday i apply again fresh applaction with employment contract of my wife
becoz she get very nice job with contract
now let see what will be happen next

but dont trust on them thay give me 1 resion of refusal my insurance
and i send them best one insurance which my 1 more friend send and get RC .
but thay not accapt my one no understand but good thing which i apply now that one is the best one option

what were the exact words in their refusal letter?
did you put proof of insurance payments in your application?

which csi did you use (company and policy)?

maybe we can have a thread of where people can post which csi policies get accepted and which policies get refused.....

last week we also got COA
now let see when thay send passport

My friend you at least you got a answer and you applied again i am in more badly situation than you i sent my application 7 moths ago i got only the Coa and i don't heard nothing from them although i sent again more supporting documents i asked for updates and i sent many complaints .i call them and i hear the same phrase(YOUR CASE IS NOT BEEN COMPLETED)all the time remain jut one solution THE COURT....
