Q D3: What date was the visa or entry clearance issued?

For Tier 1 extension, can someone confirm what date I need to put here?

Are they wanting the visa start date or the actual date of issue?

I am not sure of the exact date my visa was issued.

it would be on your vignette or on BRP card if it was issued when you first made your succesful application

The visa is a viginette my passport and the only dates on it are:

1) Valid From
2) Valid To
3) DOB

There is no issue date.

The Issue Date equates to the Valid From date in the context referred to in the T1 G application form.

On a seperate note, I see you have made multiple posts, all which are related to a single Tier 1 G application. Please refrain from doing this as it clutters the forum unnecessarily. Consolidate all questions into a single post & others can then review & answer all questions together.
