travelling to EU after retention of rights permit granted

Hi, i got the retention of rights -EEA family member visa in may 2012 for another 5 years and i remarried in july to an EU citizen in London & we have the marriage certificate.
my question is if i need a tourist visa to go to Greece(in september where we will have a blessing ceremony) if i am traveling with my new wife.
To be on the safer side i wanted to apply for a tourist visa but the first appointment i got is on the 13th of september and i m traveling on the 14th.
As we organised everything (hotel, flights ,guest)so we dont want to take a risk.
Can anyone reply as soon as possible,

Legally, if you are travelling with your wife you don't need a visa.

As you have RC and it doesn't state that it was granted following RoR, this should be good enough to travel visa free when travelling with your wife.

Dont u think an attentive IO would notice that marriage certificate is dated July while an RC was issued before second marriage on May?

I would advise that u apply for a schengen visa based on the same documents at another embassy (even though u r not meant to) as u dont have to show any tickets etc. otherwise just travel together in the hope noone picks up on dates.

The only other suggestion is to say u were issued the RC based on being an extended family member of ur future wife first, and then u got married (unless u have ur first RC in the same passport)

My old residence card of family member of EEA citizen expire in 14th november 2012 and the new expires in march 2017. If we got registered here in the UK then the registration office informed the Home Office so it should be in the system, isn't it?

and when can i apply for PR?
