My husband and I applied for the EEA 2 the 13th May.
They said they send our COA the 24th May but we did not receive a thing.
We called on the 20th July they said they will send again. Because we did not receive it, we called again, they said our file isn't open yet so we need to send a fax to have the COA.

We received a letter yesterday with my husband's passport. Explaining they returne his passport so he can travel. And they said the application has to be done overseas.

I'm really confused, so I call again and they said normally he should not receive his passport, to send a letter to the case worker.

Did anybody has this case. I 'm really scared because his post-study visa will expire on the 13th august

Hello everyone !!!I made an EEA2 application on 7th of Feb 2012 , I got my COA after 2 months like in end of april , after that I havn't received anything from them , and couple of days ago like 23th or 24th of august , home office or enforcement team visit my house to investigate , like me and my wife living together or not , I want to know that if someone had a same incident , can you please tell me how long I need to wait for because its nearly 6 months

What do they ask you,and was your Spouse at home when they HO came?

yeah they came early like 6 am in the morning , they didn't ask anything , just they came to see tht we living together or not , jst they ask me and my wife for ID to verify

I have applied for EEA2 visa on 30th of July and it has been received on 31st of July by UKBA.

However, I should travel on 15th of September and need my passport. If I request my passport back in next 3 weeks time ( around 25th of August), does it effect my process? Does anyone have any idea?

i applied 7/02/2012 before you bt i got my COA after 2 months in april , i am still waiting for RC and enforcement team came to my house 24/07/2012 for investigation abt relationship , HO visited your house before or not if yes so how long u get after

just finished on the phone with the H.O the woman on the phone told me that a package left the H.O this morning and she gave me the tracking number. i m just wandering what is in the package. my RC or something else. i will update

Phoned on 23 July to ask about COA and been told they haven't send it because they didn't process my application yet.

nothing happened , just they came and ask everyone in the house for ID check and asking about me , and then they hardly knocked my room and my wife opened the door , and they asking about me and she said he is my husband and came out from door and they asking me for my Id and they said people doing sham marriages that's why they came and investigate , am thinking its alright but still worried
