Which form for wife's and children visa (please help)

Hi

I am going to apply for ILR on the basis of 10 yrs long residency. I am currently on Tier 1 general visa until Nov. My wife has dependant visa until Nov as well. My son was born in the UK and he was given dependant visa until Nov. My daughter was also born here however i haven't apply any visa for her yet.

Could you please advise me if I need to fill SET(O) for myself and FLR(M) for my wife and children?
