hi Friends,

Sorry if it has been asked before..
Continuing from my previous query,

Situation
- I'm on ILR and my wife on FLR
- She will complete 2 years in the UK on Sept 29 and planning to apply for ILR using SET(M)

Query
1. Can she apply for ILR 28days before Sept29 (if she applies at PEO)?
