As I will be visiting UK, I will be attending ceremony in the UK, I phoned the council for booking my ceremony at Harrow Civic Centre and they are asking me for additional £15 charge, is this same for every one?

Interim update
31 July 2012 - wrote a letter and email to the naturalisation team ad further naturalisation email address and the Liverpool address. Requesting them to expedite the process as I have a job offer abroad and having Brit citizenship by september will be an extra plus point. Thank almighty God.
It's not a right to request an expedition in their service, but it's a privilege to make your request heard and actioned.
