Applying ILR - Accommodation question

Hi,

My ILR is due on Dec 15. Currently rented a 2 bedroom flat and we are a family of 4. me, wife and 2 kids under 10

My son will turn 10 in the first week of december just before i am due to apply ILR and I read somewhere that kids (1 year old to 10 year old are considered as 0.5) but over 10 need a separate room!

Just wondering if this could be an issue?
