About 270 days

hi
one more problems need to be discuss here
my one friend she got ILR in jan 2010
she was away from this country correct number of days is (269 days)
she suppose to apply for citizenship in december 2011 but due to 90 days rules she can't
my question is that is she still in 270 days or 269 days will accepted for her citizenship
these dates she was outside of this country

37 days in 2010 jan to feb 2010
181 days in 2011 april to nov 2011
51 days in 2012 april to june 1st 2012

she is going to apply for citizenship in september 2012
is she able to apply or wait for ?/
