about dependent visa

Hi everyone I am on Tier1 psw visa in Uk now. I want apply dependent visa for my wife she is in India now. I saw rules has changed on 9th july 2012 so will it applicable to me. Like they telling if you want to bring spouse have to show 318,600 salary per year. can anyone tell me will it applicable to me I am on tier1 psw visa. How much money I need to show for 3 months in my bank account.

salary requirement is not for psw as yet as far as i am aware....its for tier 1 general and hsmp ...
