form for PSW dependent outside uk

i have checked there is a new form to make applications from inside uk. I am making psw dependent application outside uk kindly tell me is it ok if i submit POINTS BASED SYSTEM FORM (VAF10 MARCH 2012)
DEPENDANT.

Is it necessary to submit the letter from the employer of my husband when i am applying for psw dependent.

There is a new version of form but i believe its for people applying inside UK. For outside UK check on VFS website.

You don't need a letter of employment from your sponsor, he just needs to prove that he has maintained the required funds for an out of country dependent application which i think in your case would be £533 or £600 if applying after 9th of July. Although if your husband is employed it would do no harm if he attaches his payslips etc and similarly can attach proof of accomodation by giving a letter from his landlord these documents aren't a requirement but makes a caseworkers job a lot easier when deciding on application where any material doubt exists.
