Franchise SUBWAY Store and work permit offer

I would be grateful if you could advice me.

My query is if somebody is running and owning the franchise SUBWAY@ Store. Can he be able to sponser/offer work permit to someone (student visa holder) for store manager?

Yes, Franchisee can sponsor you as a company if he can manage to get the sponsorship license which is not that easy for food business. Specially when the franchisee has only one Subway.

But real bad news is that you can not be sponsored as a store manager because the store manager is not an eligible designation for Tier 2 general visa.
