URGENT!! Iam on Tier 2 visa - Baby born in UK

Hello Experts,

I need urgent advise from you. Iam on Tier 2 visa and iam going back to India for good this November. My son born here in UK couple pf months back and Iam going to apply for his Indian passport. While iam travelling back to India does he rquire to have a UK visa on his Indian passport?? Iam flying with Emirates even they are not sure...could you please advise me. ***Myself and My family are not coming back to UK.
