She is on Tier 4 general student visa

I am on PSW visa which expires on the 7th of July 2013

She is with me in leicestershire and we are getting married on the 27th of october

and can she apply within the UK for a pbs dependent ?

their situation is slightly different then ours

at one point those korean guys were both on PSW visa at the same time and then one of them wanted to be the dependent of the other one

our situation is im on psw and she is on tier 4 general student
